RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Echo Design Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. Apparel and other merch is made to order. Prompt packs and ebooks are instant downloads. We handle returns as follows:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at echoflash8@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Size Exchanges: Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We accept size exchange requests within 14 days if the item is unworn and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Because merch is made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Digital Products (Prompt Packs & Ebooks): Prompt packs and ebooks are instant downloads delivered after purchase. Because you receive the files immediately, these digital products are final sale unless the file is defective or will not open. If that happens, email us at echoflash8@gmail.com and we will send a working replacement or refund that file.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
