RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Echo Design Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you, we handle returns as follows:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at badboy8494@gmail.com with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Size Exchanges: Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We accept size exchange requests within 14 days if the item is unworn and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
